Professional Internship Programme – Sydney/ Melbourne
For programme information and example internship company and position details please see the Sydney & Melbourne Internships page. To apply for this programme we just need your completed CV, cover letter in the below format and the application form printed off, scanned and either posted to Intern Options or scanned and emailed to info@internoptions.com
The total programme cost for our Sydney Internship Programme for an unpaid training internship is £800, this is made up of a £300 deposit with your application to allow us to start talking to employers on your behalf. Once we have found and negotiated you a placement then a final payment of £500 to secure your position is required. This cost does not include accommodation, airfare, insurance or visa cost.

- £300 deposit is payable with your application, which you can send in a cheque or via internet transfer. Please ask Intern Options for their bank account details if you would like to deposit your deposit straight into our account.
Hospitality and Tourism Internships – New Zealand

To apply for this programme we just need your completed CV, cover letter in the below format and the application form printed off, scanned and either posted to Intern Options or scanned and emailed to info@internoptions.com
The total cost of a paid hospitality internship in New Zealand for up to one year is £950, this is made up of a £300 deposit with your application to allow us to start talking to employers on your behalf. Once we have found and negotiated you a placement then a final payment of £650 to secure your position is required.
