All our staff have worked, lived and studied in Australia or New Zealand so know first-hand what your students will encounter on their internship. We can answer the questions your students will be asking you on Australia and New Zealand.

Our Australian Internships are customised to each student’s needs, we are happy to incorporate whatever they need to complete in order to gain university credit for their internship. However it is the responsibility of the student in co-operation with their placement advisor or lecturer to ensure the requirements for credit are met.

When a student sends in their application and CV we ask for a cover letter that includes their learning objectives. These learning objectives will be discussed with the employer and will be incorporated into the training agreement between the employer and the student.

Intern Options are happy to visit your university or institute to talk through the opportunities available in Australia and New Zealand for your students. We can provide all the information they will need to evaluate against other placement opportunities they are considering in the UK and abroad.

We are also happy to send a staff member to your university to talk to a group of placement tutors/ advisors/ co-ordinators. We can give your university placement tutors/ co-ordinators the information they need to accurately inform their students on the opportunity of travelling to Australia and New Zealand for a work placement.
