Brian holds a British passport and was born in Hong Kong. He completed his A levels in Hong Kong before heading to the UK to complete a Product Design degree at the University of Brighton.

Brian starts in a great company in Sydney that works in the Travel Industry. Brian will be on their intern programme that has been going for a while now and has a very good structure to it with excellent learning outcomes documented.

When Brian applied for his Graphic Design internship he had the following company and learning outcomes in mind:

I would like to do graphical tasks from web to print, anything from brochures and leaflets to magazines and newsletters. I am willing to learn as much as possible. I hope to live and learn all about graphic design in the real world.  I hope to achieve valuable experiences and skills so that I can push forward into my career.

The company Intern Option has placed Brian into in Sydney is in the travel industry. The majority of the work Brian will be doing for them on his graduate placement will be online. Brian will be designing for multiple mediums including print based design, interactive media, experience design and motion design.

Course: BA Hons Graphic Design

Ben applied for a Graphic Design Internship in Sydney through Intern Options two weeks ago. He is a graduate from Sheffield Hallam University and is about to hit graduate recruitment market. When Ben applied for a Graphic Design Internship, he said:

“One of my main regrets is that I wasn’t able to get any work experience over the summers at university”

Well we will be changing this with a really good graphic design internship in Sydney for Ben. We have actually already found Ben an internship, which our Sydney office did in just over one week. They beat me to it with finding a placement so fast!

But it is a very good graphic design placement and it will mean that Ben will get experience on a wide range of design areas, essentially allowing him to discover what career path he wants to take. I will let Ben tell you a bit more about his internship, which is starting on the 5th of October in Sydney.

We will be flat out now helping Ben with his working holiday visa, Australian bank account, looking at flights and insurance and finding accommodation for him also.
