September 15^th is Scott’s start date and yesterday when I talked to him he was working two jobs in the UK to save up his money and really looking forward to his Food and Beverage, hospitality internship in Auckland.

The hotel Intern Options has placed Scott into for his graduate hospitality internship is one of New Zealand’s top 5 star hotels.  This year the hotel has taken two of our hospitality interns and Scott and Grace were the two successful ones out of the 30 chosen CV’s.  So congratulations to Scott for doing so well in his interview, I hope the phone interview tips article helped you ;o).

Scott is off to Auckland which is New Zealand’s largest city and there is a reason they call it the “City of Sails”, with one in four people owning a boat!

Scott has kindly agreed to keep you up to date on why he chose New Zealand for his graduate hospitality internship and when he is in Auckland, how he is finding the job and the city.

I know the 5 star hotel have some big plans for Scott, so we wish him all the best and hope you enjoy the New Zealand summer that is on it’s way in a couple of months!
