This programme is about a Guaranteed Job before you leave your home country for Australia. This means you have the security of a paid job for 3 months (possibly longer), but this is not the biggest benefit, oh no…

The biggest benefit is that if you complete 3 months of the programme you will be eligible for a second Australian Working Holiday Visa… You heard correctly, you can get a second Australian Working Holiday visa. This applied to visa subclass 417, so excludes USA applicants unfortunately.
