The town is a bit bigger and the climate a bit better. However if you want to start earlier (and earn more money) then for a June start South Australia and Victoria start a month earlier than Margaret River. 2) What you see is what you get, the only additional cost is for your safety equipment and pruning gear for working on the vineyards. This is 140 Australian dollars and is taken out of your first pay cheque and is taken out before tax. When you finish up you can get some of this back for second had equipment. Other than this we try and keep the programme as cheap as possible so as many people can get the second Australian working holiday visa as possible.
